ARDEX ENGINEERED CEMENTS AND THE W.W. HENRY COMPANY ARE LAUNCHING A FIRST-OF-A-KIND FLOORING INSTALLATION SYSTEM AT SURFACES 2002
Aliquippa, Pa. (January 2, 2002) - ARDEX Engineered Cements and the W.W. Henry Company, two of the top names in flooring installation products, deliver their combined strengths to their customers with a first-of-a-kind SystemOne flooring installation and technical support system. Using high-performance, highly compatible products matched with unparalleled technical and field support and the most comprehensive warranty available in the industry, ARDEX and W.W. Henry designed SystemOne to help save contractors’ time and money by reducing installation time and eliminating callbacks due to installation failure. For the first time ever, distributors, contractors and installers will be able to address flooring installation issues through a single, experienced source.
"Surveys among flooring contractors and installers indicate that a key problem for them is loss of profit due to installation failures," said Herbert Goller, ARDEX CEO. "SystemOne was developed through the joint efforts of ARDEX and W.W. Henry to offer a comprehensive solution to the chronic problem of installation failure."
SystemOne will help flooring contractors and installers overcome common obstacles that contribute to flooring installation failure by providing expert specifying assistance, a comprehensive hands-on training program, an extensive technical and field support system, a broad range of high-performance and highly compatible products, and the most comprehensive warranty in the business. "We want to help contractors and installers ensure more successful and profitable installations," said Goller.
ARDEX and W.W. HENRY plan to officially unveil the new system at the Surfaces 2002 show scheduled for January 29-February 1 in Las Vegas. Demonstrations will be available to all attendees at the ARDEX-W.W. HENRY, booth number 2975, located near the Shaw booth.
